This morning we woke up to snow. C’mon Mother Nature, don’t you know it’s March? At least it was sunny and we were in the mood for pancakes. Elle had on her Bella Bliss Easter jammies, so it only seemed appropriate to make bunny pancakes. I got our pancake Easter molds at Williams-Sonoma a few years back, and every year we make these adorable pancakes.
I’ve tried many recipes for homemade pancakes, but this one always produces the fluffiest and most delish ones.
