Yesterday, Elle, my mom, and I spent all day baking and it was the best day! After searching through many sugar cookie recipes, I settled on this one.
A few small things to note. One: we made 1/2 the recipe because the full seemed like a lot, and we ended up with about 20 larger cookies. Two: we put 1/2 the dough in the freezer while waiting for the first batch to bake, and it was a lot easier to work with. Three: we baked for 7 minutes and even though they looked way undercooked coming out of the oven, they do harden up a bit, but are still super soft on the inside. So unless you like a crispier cookie, then take them out at 7 minutes.
