My mom is the expert crêpe maker in the family. The only problem is she doesn’t have a recipe and just makes them her own way… or the way my grandma taught her.
Elle who is not a huge breakfast girl, can usually eat 8-12 of nana’s crêpes, no joke, just plain, with butter. So this morning on our day off, I decided to give a recipe I found online a try.
The great thing about crêpes is that they require very few ingredients, don’t make a big mess, and are actually quiet simple to make.
Once they are cooked, you can serve them lots of different ways: with butter, sprinkled with brown sugar, preserves, Nutella, with fresh fruit, maple syrup, or even eggs.
Hope you enjoy!
